Online teaching is full of rewards

In the spring of 2022, all classes of the 1-3 teacher classes will continue to adopt online teaching and online examinations, so that students from all over the world can participate in the learning.

Class 1-3 dance lesson materials

The teaching materials of the teacher class are graded 1-12 as “standard grade” and grades 13-15 as “performance grade”, with a total of 15 levels.

Levels 1-3 have 10 dances per level, and members will learn a total of 30 dances. Using 56 ethnic dances as the material, select the most representative and typical elements of various ethnic dances to combine and create, according to the physical, psychological characteristics and perceptual ability of students of different ages, the choreography is scientifically, entertaining, and full of richness. local and national characteristics.

At the same time, it is accompanied by two sets of auxiliary teaching materials, “Teaching Method Textbook” and “Physical Ability Quality Training”

In order to help students better complete the movements in each dance, and scientifically develop students’ physical potential, “Physical Ability Training” adheres to the concept of happy teaching in Chinese folk dance grade examinations, in order to achieve “step by step, natural success” ” teaching results.

From the aspects of teaching objects, teaching tasks, teaching purposes, etc., analyze and discuss to reach a consensus, and organize these consensuses into a template for teachers to refer to, so as to solve the differences in teachers’ understanding of teaching materials during the teaching process, and improve the level of teachers’ teaching.

Teachers’ Training Course subject atmosphere

The online teaching is conducted by experienced senior teachers from the test center. Every day, the online courses are professionally taught patiently, and the key and difficult points of dance are explained in detail. After the class, the teacher answered questions for the students in the group and commented on the students’ homework.

The member teachers who have passed the assessment of the 1-3 teacher class will serve as the lead jumpers and lead the students to review. This level 1-3 course also provides Chinese and English translations for students.

The students will also be invited to join the group of North American teachers for the Chinese National Folk Dance Examination, to share and exchange teaching experience and resources.

Practical application of Teachers’ Training Course

After successfully passing the grading examination of the teacher class, the students of the teacher class can obtain the qualification to teach the Chinese folk dance grading exam in the United States. Lead the students to participate in the annual Chinese National Folk Dance Grade Test.

The overseas Chinese folk dance teacher training class for North American teacher groups has been successfully held in Los Angeles, Washington DC, and New York since the summer of 2017.
