北美線上1-3級師資班順利舉辦

秋高氣爽，2023年9月，由泛美舞蹈聯盟及中國民族民間舞蹈等級考試中心共同舉辦的2023北美線上中國民族民間舞蹈等級考試師資班1-3級舞目課+教學法和理論課於順利舉辦。來自北美各地的學員們，參加了此次線上課程。讓我們一起來看看本次師資班成員們都有哪些收獲和感受吧。

「中國民族民間舞蹈等級考試中心」正式在北美推出中國民族民間舞蹈等級考試及教材，針對北美師資群體的海外中國民族民間舞蹈培訓班。為北美師資提供了豐富的學習資源。如今線上課程為各地的成員們提供了便捷的學習機會。

北京舞蹈學院資深中國民族民間舞教師。畢業於北京舞蹈學院。在多年的教學中，她的學生屢屢榮獲各舞蹈大賽的最高殊榮，如「桃李杯」歷屆金獎等。中國民族民間舞考級教材編委中國民族民間舞考級中心專家委員會副主任，中國民族民間舞考級中心教考部主任。

本次師資班考級由許文綺老師擔任主評考官。許老師為考生們提出細致中肯的意見。許老師也勉勵各位師資班成員保持對中國民族民間舞的熱愛，繼續在海外傳播中國民族民間舞蹈文化。

跨時差的線上教學，黃磊老師和謝沛吟老師耐心細致教學，課上嚴謹執教，為成員們講解，課後依舊盡職盡責，批改回課作業，給成員們反饋意見，讓參加課程的成員們收獲滿滿。

1-3級舞目課+教學法和理論課學習

本次師資班成員們開始了新舞目的學習。高教老師也針對1-3級舞目課+教學法和理論課進行細致講解與示範。在「新課標」所提出的「聚焦核心素養」下，發揮著具體作用。通過舞蹈表現，將學生潛能有效激發，促進其觀察、記憶、想象、創造等多方面素養發展，從中受到美的熏陶。

前路漫漫，唯有不忘初心，方能實現舞蹈教育的與時俱進。未來，新修訂版教材將持續開展，幫助更多教師掌握、理解教材，讓越來越多的學生們從中發現美、感知美、體驗美！

線上網課不易，1-3級30個舞目。成員們克服了各方面的挑戰，從網速，時差到與小組搭檔們的配合。學員們分組進行了考評展示。

參加師資班的成員們有很多難忘的感受，讓我們來聽聽她們的心路歷程吧。

非常感激泛美舞蹈聯盟給我們提供這次學習考級認證的機會，我們在美國很難接觸到國內的認證課程，有時候考慮要不要飛回國去進修。現在泛美讓海外的老師們不用跨國奔波就有了提升途徑，並且網課的安排相比線下課進度也緩和了不少。

之前還沒有太了解過我們民族民間舞的考級體系，當這次學完1-3級之後，覺得編舞老師們真的非常專業和細心，把各種民族舞的基礎元素掰開了，揉碎了加入到孩子的學舞過程中，讓學生把舞蹈基礎打牢靠的同時，也不失享受兒童舞蹈的趣味性。我相信如果孩子從頭學到滿級，他們的民族民間舞蹈基礎一定會非常紮實，這也讓我很希望今後可以把教師認證都考完，首先可以提升我個人的舞蹈水平，也能帶著我們的學生循序漸進的學完民族舞考級體系。

在此，想特別感謝黃磊老師的辛苦付出，過去的10天當中每天都要盯著屏幕教授，話說多了還引起咳嗽。但老師從未懈怠，一絲不茍地為我們講解細節，傳授她多年經驗積累的教學法，讓我們在掌握舞蹈的同時，也從孩子的角度去理解動作之間的遞進性。可以遇到如此負責且耐心的老師，是我們的幸運。

最後感謝琪兒老師，Christy老師，Jennifer老師為我們課程的組織和貢獻，感謝泛美對中國民族文化的發揚和付出。

I am so glad that PACDA gave everyone this opportunity to study and learn. Originally I was only learning jazz, ballet, lyrical/contemporary and chinese traditional dance at my dance studio and wasnt really interested in chinese folk dance. But once I had a miao dance as a solo last year, I realized how important it was for me to also get to learn chinese folk dance. One of my dance teachers recommended this training course to me and thought that it was beneficial for the future as i continue to learn, perform, and compete. I would like to give my thanks to Huang Lei for the work she put into teaching us these dances. She was always telling us the small details we needed to fix and was always patient with us. It is such a privilege to have a teacher like her. Lastly, i want to thank the PACDA organizers for what an incredible opportunity they gave me and the other teachers!

I am extremely honoured that I can participate in this 10-day training course with PACDA. The program is one of a kind in terms of the course curriculum, distinguished teaching staff, and the material designed by experts in the field. Furthermore, teacher Huang lei’s professionalism in conducting the courses, her enthusiasm in teaching and her unique approach to each dance profoundly impact my own thinking and teaching style. PACDA and Teacher Huang Lei have not only helped me to become a better dance teacher but their work in sharing the Chinese culture through dance helped my intercultural awareness and encouraged me to be a cultural ambassdor for the younger generation. Last but not least, I would like to thank Ms. Cheer, Ms. Christy, and Ms. Jennifer for their organization of this wonderful learning opportunity and their dedication through the entire process.

The Chinese Folk Dance Grade Test Teacher Training Program has been an invaluable experience for me both as a Chinese dancer and Chinese dance teacher. It is clear, even from just the first three levels, that the grade test is structured extremely well so that the skills from each level build upon each other. For the level one dances it was especially interesting to see how the dances used things that children see and experience in their daily lives, particularly animals and children’s games, to teach basic Chinese dance techniques. Throughout levels two and three it was interesting to see the introduction of specific Chinese ethnic folk dance basics alongside the expansion of the general Chinese dance techniques from level 1. I was glad to see that the course not only taught the dance routines at each level but that it explained why each dance was appropriate for each level and what skills students should be expected to take away from each dance. This information was extremely helpful as a dance teacher and is certainly information that I plan to incorporate into my own teaching in the future.

Speaking of teaching, the course’s teacher, Huang Lei did a wonderful job of teaching the course over the ten days. She taught the entire class virtually over Zoom and, throughout the course, she worked extremely hard to ensure that we picked up all the details of the many dances. Huang Lei was extremely patient with all of us and found unique and creative ways to convey some of the more challenging elements of the dances. Her dedication and caliber of teaching have inspired me, and I echo the sentiment of my classmates when I say that we were extremely lucky and blessed to have her as our teacher!

Finally, I appreciated how accommodating, understanding, and responsive the course’s support staff Cheer Pan, Christy, and Jennifer were! Whether it was helping us get the music files to use when practicing, translating something that someone didn’t understand, or helping schedule things for the class, they worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that the students had the tools necessary to flourish and get the most out of the class.

For myself, in particular, my Chinese language skills are not very strong, so I was hesitant upon signing up for the class on how to work with the language barrier since the class would be taught in Chinese. The staff went above and beyond to help me bridge the language barrier including releasing the class recordings every day with generated English and Chinese subtitles, sending the teaching slides ahead of time so that I could get a head start translating them, and working with me outside of class time to answer any remaining question or fill in information I had missed. I am extremely grateful to everyone involved for the opportunity to take this course. The course has taught me a lot and I look forward to hopefully returning for the higher grade level courses in the future!
